Hochenmu Group provides innovative energy solutions and services to meet the growing demands of the energy industry.
Manufacturing & Industrial Services
Carry on the business of manufacturing, processing, and packaging of industrial goods of all descriptions. This includes partnerships and collaborations to prepare and preserve products for sale in both domestic and international markets.
Real Estate & Infrastructure Development
Acquire, build, and manage land, buildings, and real estate of all descriptions, including easements and proprietary rights. Services include property management, estate services, infrastructure development, and project management.
General Trade & Distribution
Buy, sell, export, import, and distribute all classes of goods, raw materials, and finished products. Engage in the trade of beverages, building materials, and other industrial and consumer products across global markets.
Agriculture & Agro-Allied Services
Engage in all aspects of agriculture, including arable farming, poultry, animal husbandry, mechanized farming, fish farming, organic farming, food processing, and the cultivation of food and cash crops.
Healthcare & Medical Services
Provide healthcare and medical services both within and outside Nigeria. Activities include public health sensitization, medical examinations, and treatment of communicable and non-communicable diseases. .
General Contracting & Merchants
Operate as general contractors and merchants, offering comprehensive services in construction, project execution, and supply of goods and services.
Finance & Capital Raising
Borrow or raise funds as required for operations, issue debentures or debenture stocks, and secure repayment obligations through mortgages, charges, or liens on assets of the Group.
Auxcillary Activities
